Our CAM facilities use the latest software available from SolidCAM for producing efficient and reliable programs our CNC milling and wire cutting machines.

SolidCAM is fully integrated into and also ‘best in class’ for SolidWorks. This is our high class CAD package used for viewing and creating 3D models and drawings to aid us in the fast and efficient creation of programs for manufacturing of components. Customer model files may be imported into Solidworks in various formats for use in manufacture and inspection operations.

Vericut is our machine simulation software, used to verify that newly created NC programs are to machine the components correctly before any material is actually cut. Therefore, reducing lead times and costly mistakes.

All our software is kept up to date to the latest available and installed on high spec computers for reliability.
