CNC Milling
CNC Milling - MNB operates a large variety of state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, providing availability of a wide range of both capability and capacity to the market. Over the last 20 years MNB has also accumulated vast experience of milling highly complex and precise features, largely in the process of manufacturing components for the oil & gas, and power generation industries.
The largest diameter which can be milled is 1 metre, while the maximum working area is 3.5 metres. However, the maximum component length which can be machined is substantially longer, simply by appropriately supporting the work piece at either end.
Through spindle coolant supply enables us to cut materials quicker than with standard coolant spray systems, while our Solidworks CAD/CAM and Vericut systems make technical interaction with the customer much more efficient, and dramatically speed up the whole process.
Two of the horizontal CNC Milling machining centres have automatics knuckle heads which enable us to machine at any angle, and, coupled with the use of spherical cutters, enables us to achieve geometries as complex as any 5 axis machine.
All CNC Milling Machines are equipped with a rotary 4th Axis
