Repeated ability to deliver on time depends upon factory management systems that integrate the various facets of the business, from the supply chain through the production cycle and to the customer, into a single co-ordinated flow.

MNB has successfully operated such a system, FactoryMaster, for more than10 years. The MRP element of the system was fully launched in Spring 2009, thus further enhancing our capability for consistent on-time customer delivery.
