Experience tells us that the way in which we interact with our customers is as impactful on customer satisfaction as other more tangible aspects of the business. MNB works very hard to ensure it pro-actively communicates with its customers, not just when it needs to, but in a routine manner. By this means, we avoid ‘firefighting’; in many cases solving issues before they arise.
MNB also prides itself in working in a highly responsive manner to support our customers in the development phase of new products. Exchanging 'soft' models of revised designs enables both parties to review and rapidly adapt to new requirements, incorporating both the design experience of the customer and the manufacturing experience of the MNB staff.
